All orders placed Monday through Friday will be packaged and shipped within two business day(s) from when the order was placed. All orders placed during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be shipped by the upcoming Tuesday. Based on your selected shipping method you should typically allow 2-7 business days to receive your order. 

We currently offer free shipping on orders $100 and over! Please know that we are working diligently to offer free shipping on all orders in the near future. 

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification of the successful shipping of your item(s) with a tracking number for your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to be activated. 

We strive to make you happy and hope that you are hooked on all items purchased on our website. We understand that not always does a product work out. In order to return your merchandise properly it must be returned within 7 business days from the date the order is received.

Complete the return form that is included in your order and include this form inside the package with the item(s) you are returning. ALL items must be returned in new condition. Any return received with stains or large dents will be refused and returned back to you.

PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping is solely the customers responsibility and we advise that you keep a tracking number of your return. Hooked on Homes is not responsible for any lost or damaged item(s) in transit.
