According to a study completed by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) buyers are at an all time bidding war for homes on the market. The study also revealed that when comparing the 1st quarter of 2020 to the 1st quarter of 2021, the number of offers on homes for sale doubled from an average of 2.4 to 4.8 offers.
